Which titles are available as eBooks?
All the new publications from the following series will be published simultaneously in a printed version and as an eBook in the future. In addition all those titles published since 2007 will also be available as eBooks, with a few exceptions. Those books available as eBooks will be marked with this symbol: .

In which format are the books available?
All eBooks are available as PDF files.

Where can the eBooks be purchased?
All eBooks can be purchased through EBL and MyiLibrary and not directly from Mohr Siebeck.

In Germany, EBL's sales partner is Schweitzer Fachinformation. For further information, please go to the Schweitzer Fachinformation website. In Germany, MyiLibrary's sales partner is Missing Link.  For further information, please contact annika.kurbach [AT] missing-link.de.

What do eBooks cost?
As a rule, the eBooks are the same gross sales price as our printed books. For those titles available as a hardcover or a paperback, the eBook price will be based on the price of the paperback. These terms do not apply to textbooks.

Which access models will be provided?
EBL provides the eBooks on the basis of "Non-Linear™ lending" (NLL): The titles may be purchased as single works (pick and choose), with perpetual access, for any number of concurrent users, and the number of accesses is limited to a maximum of 325 per year. In addition, EBL offers "Short term loans" and "Demand-driven Acquisition. For further information, please contact Schweitzer Fachinformation.

MyiLibrary offers the purchasing option "Title-by-title": The titles may be selected individually (pick and choose) and purchased with perpetual access; multi user licences are also available as well as the download option for personal devices. In addition, MyiLibrary also offers "Patron Select" as a patron-driven purchasing model. For further information, please contact Missing Link.

These terms do not apply to textbooks.

What rights of use are to be observed?
If your access to the aggregator platforms has been terminated, we will grant you the right to store all the titles you have purchased (DRM protected PDF). It is possible to copy and print in both platforms, but to a limited extent only.  For further details, please see the terms of use and the contracts of the aggregator concerned.

When will the eBooks be published?
The eBooks will be published at the same time as the printed edition if possible, four weeks after publication of the printed book at the latest.

Miscellaneous
Both aggregators will provide usage statistics (COUNTER compliant) and MARC records.
