Please submit your proposal to the editor in charge. If possible, please send the manuscript along with a data storage medium containing the stored text as well as a copy of the examiners' report in the case of dissertations or habilitations. In order to inquire about this, please use our contact form.

Authors may order Mohr Siebeck books online under the conditions stipulated in their contract. To begin with, please place the books you wish to order in the shopping cart. To select the books, you may use the search function or our catalogs. The flat rates for shipping on the shopping cart page do not apply for authors, who pay only the costs incurred for mailing the order. If you add a list of books to your shopping cart but do not wish to order online, select the "print book list" link. A new window will open with an order form which you can print and send to us.
For your online order, select the "order books now" link in the view of your shopping cart. You will see a form on which you can register your e-mail address, your name and your address. Right at the beginning of this form you will find a line stating "I am an author." Please click the word "author." A new form for authors' orders will appear: Your personal data.
Please enter your e-mail address, your customer number and your surname in this form. You will find your customer number on the last invoice or on the address label for a subscription. If you do not have a customer number, or if you don't have it on hand at the moment, we need your address for the invoice. Fill in these fields as well if your address has changed since your last order. Please always enter your e-mail address.
You do not need to fill in the information on method of payment if you wish to pay exactly as you did for your last order. "Shipping instructions" provides you with an opportunity to specify another shipping method rather than by mail. In this case, you will be charged for the shipping costs at cost price. If you place an order through a bookstore, you will not receive the special conditions we offer our authors.
"Review the information below" will show you everything you have entered. You can now make corrections to your order. Click on "send order" and your order will be registered. You will receive confirmation by e-mail without the number of your credit card or your bank account. Should you have any questions or problems, please contact our customer service department.
