Online Orders for Authors

As a Mohr Siebeck author, you may also order books online on the conditions stipulated in your contract. To begin with, please place the books you wish to order in the shopping cart. As an author, you will be required to pay only the costs incurred for mailing the order. The flat rates for shipping listed on the shopping cart page and in the e-mail you receive as a confirmation do not apply in this case.

If you have compiled a list of books in the shopping cart but do not wish to order online, click the link "print this page." The contents of your shopping cart will appear in a new window which you can print out and mail or fax to us.

For your online order, select the "order books now" link in the view of your shopping cart. You will see a form on which you must enter your e-mail address, your name and your address.

Please note that on the page entitled "review the information below," which gives you all the information pertaining to your order, there is a "comments" field at the very bottom. Please use this field to indicate that you are a Mohr Siebeck author and are to receive an author's discount for your order. This will enable us to process your order quickly and correctly. For technical reasons this is the only way we are able at the moment to distinguish between an order placed by an author and a "normal" order. Thank you very much for your understanding.

When you press the "continue" button, your order will be sent and entered into our system. You will receive e-mail confirmation of this. Should you have any questions or problems, please contact our customer service department.

If you place an order through a bookstore, you will not receive the special conditions we offer our authors.
