Christof HardmeierErzähldiskurs und Redepragmatik im Alten TestamentUnterwegs zu einer performativen Theologie der Bibel [Narrative Discourse and Speech Pragmatics in the Old Testament.Towards a Performative Theology in the Bible.]Published in German. This volume of essays contains works from three decades of research activities and outlines the way to a performative theology in the Bible. This theology is based on understanding biblical texts as written recorded orality of remembering and talking about God. Christof Hardmeier's studies deal with the dynamic variety of this talking, using examples, examine the communicative action structures in the texts, in order to reveal their sociohistorical and performative-theological functions. The articles focus on four main subjects: narration as a basic form of witnessing faith, unique aspects of the deuteronomistic torah, the discursive and pragmatic qualities of written prophecies and of the Psalms and the biblical-systematic starting-points to a performative theology in the Bible.
